We kicked off the project by mapping and analyzing each step of the day-to-day employee movement process. This initial survey allowed us to identify gaps, resolve pain points, and propose improvements for usability and operational efficiency.

During this phase, we conducted validation sessions with all stakeholders, pinpointing actions, actors, systemic integrations, goals, and tasks. All material collected from the interviews was considered and transformed into a visually tangible format.

Aiming for simplicity, we grouped similar steps, resulting in just three streamlined process journeys. This synthesis enabled us to identify various opportunities for improvement, which were then worked on in workshops with three specialists from Porto Seguro's process team..

We developed various ideas to optimize processes and integrate different company systems through technology. The result was a detailed and illustrated journey map, encompassing all necessary steps for a continuous and satisfactory process flow for Porto Seguro. This material is a valuable tool for streamlining internal processes.

One of the pillars of the solution is the intuitive dashboard, designed to provide clear feedback to all technicians regarding their tasks and status within the process chain. The tool integrates seamlessly with other external tools, maintaining a clean visual line that prevents information overload for users. The flow is designed to be frictionless, offering a clear visualization of the steps and the users involved.

After creating the prototypes, we conducted field tests to evaluate the process flow and functionality. The objective was to observe technician performance and gather feedback. Based on the insights gained, we refined the prototypes and made the necessary adjustments for the project's final delivery.
